Inclusions vary by package and site, so we’ll confirm exactly what’s covered (and what’s optional) in your written proposal.

Yes. We coordinate the documentation and the approvals pathway required for your build, including the typical planning and building permit steps where applicable. We’ll explain what’s required for your site, manage the moving parts with the relevant consultants, and keep you updated as approvals progress.

How long does a knockdown-rebuild or co-living build usually take?

Timelines depend on site conditions, design complexity, and the approvals pathway. As a guide, allow time for design and documentation, approvals, and then construction. Once we understand your block, requirements, and chosen package, we’ll provide a realistic program with key milestones.
